电袋复合式除尘器是有机结合了静电除尘和布袋除尘的特点,通过前级电场的预收尘、荷电作用和后级滤袋区过滤除尘的一种高效除尘器,它充分发挥电除尘器和布袋除尘器各自的除尘优势,以及两者相结合产生新的性能优点,弥补了电除尘器和布袋除尘器的除尘缺点。该复合型除尘器具有效率高,稳定,滤袋阻力低,寿命长,占地面积小等优点,是未来控制细微颗粒粉尘、PM2.5以及重金属汞等多污染物协同处理的主要技术手段。

(1)除尘机理:由于在电袋复合式除尘器中,烟气先通过电除尘区后再缓慢进入后级布袋除尘区,布袋除尘区捕集的粉尘量仅有入口的1/4。这样滤袋的粉尘负荷量大大降低,清灰周期得以大幅度延长;粉尘经过电除尘区电离荷电,粉尘的荷电提高了粉尘在滤袋上的过滤特性,即滤袋的透气性能、清灰性能方面得到大大的改善。合理运用电除尘器和布袋除尘器各自的除尘优点,以及两者相结合产生新的功能,能充分克服电除尘和布袋除尘的除尘缺点。根据目前的试验研究和在电力锅炉烟尘的工业应用,证明该技术是一种科学、可靠、先进的技术。综合了二种除尘方式的优点。
