靠高压电晕放电使得粉尘荷电,荷电后的粉尘在电场力的作用下到达集尘板,但是在对集尘板上捕集到的粉尘清灰方式上有较大的区别,它采用冲刷液冲洗电极,在极板上形成连续的液膜,使粉尘随着冲刷液的流动而清除。烟气中的灰尘颗粒通过高压电磁场时与电 极间的正负离子与电子碰撞而产生的荷电,带上电子和离子的尘粒在电场力的作用下向异性电极运动并积附在异性电极上,通过振打等方式使电极上的灰尘落入收集 灰斗中,使它通过电除尘器的烟气得到净化,从而达到除尘效果。
